SHIPPING:
I ship all charms in a padded bubble envelope and will ship worldwide. Shipping will be based on the actual weight of the package and I DO OFFER COMBINED SHIPPING. Please contact me to determine your correct shipping cost when purchasing more than one item. If you would like your purchase quicker, priority mail shipping is another shipping option available to US buyers. Please remember, shipping is not just the amount on the stamp, but also includes packing supplies, etc.
RETURNS:
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your charm, or your charm is defective, I will gladly replace it within 14 days of receipt. If you need to return a defective item, please send it back in a padded envelope to avoid any further damage. Once the defective item has been received, your replacement will be sent as soon as possible.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS:
Please do not ask me to declare an item as a gift, or at a price lower than you purchased so that you may avoid your country's custom duties and/or fees. As an international buyer, you are responsible for any fees incurred for customs duties. Please note that I am not responsible for the transit time for any packages to clear customs. Once the package leaves the US border, we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. If you do not agree with my policies, then please do not purchase the item.
