How soon do you ship?
We try to ship the same or next business day. We do ship first class mail Monday - Saturday. International shipments are shipped Monday - Friday.

Yes, all charms & bracelets we sell are interchangeable with the different brands.

What are your bracelets and charms made of?
Our bracelets are made of hypoallergenic stainless steel for the link bases, and the charms are soldered (not glued), to the link base. Enamel charms are baked, not painted.

How do you determine the size of the bracelet?
Sizing an Italian charm bracelet is very easy. Our basic bracelet has 18 links which fits a wrist size of approximately 7-1/2 inches. * You can add or subtract links to make your bracelet any size
